“We saved £255. I wasn't expecting it to be so much. It's such a nice feeling to know you're helping the environment and saving money at the same time.”

Why go clean?

The suppliers we work with get all their electricity from renewable sources - wind, sun, water and biofuels. They make sure that the same amount of clean electricity goes into the National Grid as you take out. The more of us who switch, the cleaner the Grid gets.

How cheap is cheap?

This chart shows our cheapest clean energy tariff (in yellow) together with the standard tariffs from the UK’s six largest power firms. To give you a sense of scale, a typical ‘medium use’ household would spend £928 a year on gas and electricity with the cheapest clean deal. That’s over £100 cheaper than the average ‘Big Six’ standard tariff.
