When website analytics is enabled, we ask for your permission before loading Google Analytics. You can accept or reject it, and change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not stop the enquiry form from working.

Remembering your preferences

We use CIVIC Cookie Control to manage cookie choices. Its CookieControl preference cookie lasts for 90 days. This stores your choice so we do not need to ask on every page.

Understanding visits and enquiries

With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand how people find our website, which pages they read, the campaigns that bring them here and whether they contact us. This includes enquiry form starts, successful submissions, form errors, clicks on email and telephone links, and visits to Energy Helper or VERA from this website.

Google Analytics uses the _ga cookie and a cookie beginning _ga_ to distinguish visits and sessions. We configure these cookies to expire after 90 days. Analytics also receives technical information such as browser and device details. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, business name or enquiry message to Google Analytics.

Our own tracking removes URL query strings and fragments, and uses only campaign labels intended for reporting. This setup does not enable advertising personalisation or remarketing. We respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw permission at any time using Cookie settings. We stop analytics collection and remove the Google Analytics cookies used by this website. Withdrawing permission does not erase information already collected. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings.
