Why is this being offered?

Reducing energy use is better for your household bills, and for the planet. That’s why we’re working with your employer to give you simple tools to help make your home more comfortable and cheaper to run. 

How do I order?

Your employer will give you a unique employer code to enter on a dedicated landing page on our website. Use this code to access the energy toolbox shopping list and choose the items you want up to your employer’s set budget. Enter your details, submit your order and wait for the items to arrive at your doorstep. We aim to fulfill most order within six weeks of placing them.

What if the item I’ve ordered is out of stock?

Will the item’s be shipped together?

Most items will be shipped together, but for larger items you can expect to receive separate deliveries. We will notify you when we have dispatched your order and tell you what items will be delivered together. 

How long will it take to arrive?

We operate on a rolling monthly basis. This means that at the end of each mont we will combine all orders before procuring the items from our suppliers.We normally expect to have mailed your energy toolbox by the end of the following month. So, the longest you should have to wait is around eight weeks. Where goods are likely to take longer than that, we will email you to update you. Your employer will notify you of a deadline date to submit your order to us. After this date, we will order from our supplier. Depending on availability, we aim to have your toolbox to you within 10 business days from the deadline date. 

How much will it cost me?

Your employer will give you a budget for your energy toolbox. However, if you wish to spend more than your budget, you will have the option to pay the remainder of the basket yourself. This means that if you fancy using your employer’s budget towards something more expensive, you can!

Can I change my mind?

You can change the items within your box up to the last working day of the month you placed your original order by accessing your confirmation email. 

There’s a product I want but it’s not on the list

We’re more than happy to order an alternative product for you if we deem it environmentally friendly and it fits within your budget. You can leave a note on the bottom of your order form and we will contact you to confirm the substitution.
