We keep a careful eye on the customer service performance of the suppliers we work with to make sure they’re up to scratch, but we know that switching to a firm you might not have heard of before can still feel daunting. So, we make a simple promise to every single home that switches with us: In the event that you have a problem you can’t resolve directly with your supplier, we’ll take it up with them on your behalf. Simply email the details (name, address, supplier and account number, together with a description of the problem and your supplier’s response so far) to help@bigcleanswitch.org and we’ll get right on it.
